Hermitage Land Company is a real estate brokerage company specializing in Telluride area land & properties with unique and special features. Hermitage Land Co. was founded by Pete Johnson, Broker in 1988. Pete had studied Real Estate and International Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Pete's goal with the business was to create a low profile/high service real estate business focusing on some of the nicest properties in the Telluride Region.
Paul Zabel joined Hermitage Land Co in 2006. Paul brings extensive experience in Telluride land, homes and condos. As a partner/owner in a real estate management company for the last 10 years, Paul has indepth knowledge of many of the buildings in the Telluride area. Paul and Pete actively work together to provide the best customer service possible.
